1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the LLYY Game website, downloading the LLYY Game mobile app, or registering an account, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including registered players, visitors and anyone who accesses any part of the service.

These Terms and Conditions are effective immediately upon your first access to the platform and remain in force throughout the duration of your account or any use of the service. Continued use of LLYY Game following any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

These terms should be read alongside the LLYY Game Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirements

LLYY Game is an online entertainment platform intended for adults only. To register an account and use any services on the platform, you must:

3 Account Registration

Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth or contact details — is a violation of these terms.

One Account Rule

Each individual player is permitted to hold one active account on LLYY Game. If you already have an account and attempt to register a second one — whether under a different name, email address, phone number or payment method — both accounts may be suspended and all associated balances held pending investigation.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. LLYY Game will never contact you to request your password through any channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately.

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on other platforms.
• Do not access your account on shared or public devices without logging out completely afterwards.
• Keep your registered phone number and email address current so that account recovery and notifications reach you.

Any activity that takes place on your account before you report an unauthorised access to LLYY Game support is treated as having been conducted by you. The platform is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4 Deposits and Payments

LLYY Game accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer and other supported payment methods displayed on the Deposit page at the time of your transaction. All deposit methods listed are subject to availability and may be updated from time to time.

Deposit Conditions

• You must only deposit funds using a payment method that belongs to you. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are not permitted.
• The minimum and maximum deposit amounts for each payment method are displayed on the Deposit page and may vary.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance in PKR. No currency conversion is applied.
• LLYY Game does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency or any payment method not explicitly listed on the platform.

Failed or Delayed Deposits

If your deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, contact LLYY Game support with your transaction reference. Do not attempt to duplicate the transaction before speaking to support, as this may result in a double charge that takes additional time to resolve.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. LLYY Game does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, unregistered accounts or payment methods not associated with your verified identity.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Your account must be fully verified before your first withdrawal request can be processed.
• Withdrawals that include funds derived from bonus credits are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to that bonus being met in full before the withdrawal can be approved.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction are displayed on the Withdrawal page and may vary by payment method.
• LLYY Game reserves the right to carry out additional identity checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.

Processing Times

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfers may take one to three working days depending on your bank. These are estimated timelines and are not guaranteed processing commitments.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

LLYY Game offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, reload bonuses, VIP programme rewards and event-based promotions tied to cricket fixtures, PSL seasons and special occasions.

General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion has its own specific terms, including minimum deposit requirements, eligible games, wagering requirements and expiry dates. These are stated on the individual promotion page.
• Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance, not your real-money balance. Winnings generated from bonus play are added to your bonus balance until the wagering requirement is met.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the offer) must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live dealer games and table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all — check the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash without meeting the stated requirements.

Bonus Abuse

7 Games and Fair Play

8 Player Conduct

• Attempting to launder funds through the platform by depositing and withdrawing without genuine gameplay.

LLYY Game cooperates fully with relevant authorities in cases of suspected fraud or financial crime. Account balances associated with suspicious activity may be frozen pending investigation and may be forfeited if the investigation finds a violation of these terms.

9 Responsible Gaming

Voluntary Closure

Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be completed, and any real-money balance remaining will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements are forfeited upon voluntary closure.

12 Limitation of Liability

LLYY Game provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside our control may result in temporary downtime.

• LLYY Game is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, game interruptions or technical errors beyond its reasonable control.
